Sponsorship Opportunities

ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. will host its 2013 Annual Conference August 1-3, at the Grove Park Inn in Asheville, NC.

Several corporate sponsorship levels are available. Diamond, Platinum and Gold sponsors may also sponsor additional conference events such as the Saturday night banquet. We are expecting an excellent turnout of mayors, council members, city managers, utility directors and other key decision makers from across North Carolina. Over the past 37 years, the conference has averaged more than 475 attendees per year.

The Sponsor’s Opening Reception is Thursday, August 1, starting at 5 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity to meet and converse with city and town officials from across North Carolina. The reception ends at 6:30 p.m., allowing additional time for networking with potential customers. There will be other opportunities to network throughout the conference which closes with a banquet on Saturday evening, August 3rd.

This year we will be giving you the opportunity to sponsor blocks of drink tickets, in increments of 10 or 30, with your logo that can be used at any event-related cash bar.

Sponsorships are a funding source for the Annual Conference and benefits North Carolina Municipal Power Agency Number 1 and North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency participants and other Public Power members in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The ElectriCities Annual Conference does not make expenditures or engage in any activity to support or otherwise benefit any candidate for state or local public offices or a state or local official who is running for federal office.
