  • MOLDED RUBBER GOODS TESTING RFP #012010

    Proposals for molded rubber goods testing will be received for review by ElectriCities of N.C., Inc. at 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd, Raleigh, N.C. on behalf of its member municipalities throughout North Carolina until 5:00 PM, on February 26, 2010.

    A copy of the Request for Proposals # 012010-N may be obtained from the office of ElectriCities, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604, Attn: Clarice Wilson or by calling Ms. Wilson at (919) 760-6293, Fax (919) 760-6055 or e-mail at cwilson@electricities.org.

    The services requested will include testing of Molded Rubber Goods and replacement of defective parts performed to the latest and most current revision of ASTM D120, D1051, D1048, D1050 and D1049.

    Proposals must be in an envelope addressed to ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc., Attention of Ms. Clarice Wilson, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the Proposal Number and Name of the Proposal or emailed to cwilson@electricities.org. Late proposals will be returned and not reviewed.

    ElectriCities reserve the right to reject any and all proposals on behalf of the member municipalities.

  • Energy Kits

    Sealed bids will be received by ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. at its offices until 2:30 PM, EST, March 26, 2010, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for:

    A copy of the Request for Bids, which provides information to prospective bidders, including the Energy Kit Specifications, may be obtained from the office of ElectriCities, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604, Attn: Clarice C Wilson, CLGPO or by calling Ms. Wilson at (919) 760-6293; Fax (919) 760-6055.

    Bidders are to have and maintain all licenses, permits and insurance required to do business in the State of North Carolina.

    Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to ElectriCities of North Carolina, Inc. Attention Ms. Clarice C. Wilson, CLGPO, 1427 Meadow Wood Blvd., Raleigh, NC 27604. The outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the Name of the Bid and date and time of the bid opening.  Faxed, emailed or Late bids will not be considered.

    ElectriCities reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality.
