Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing or by email to:

A letter or e-mail requesting a refund should include the registrant’s name, address and to whom the refund should be made payable. The full amount of the registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by ElectriCities on or before July 22, 2013. No refunds can be made after that date. Refunds will be issued 6-8 weeks after the meeting.

REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Substitutes are permitted. Substitution requests should be received in writing or by email no later than Friday, July 26, 2013, to the contact address above.

CANCELLATION OF HOTEL

After July 1, 2013, please call Kim Hedbawny at ElectriCities DIRECTLY at (919) 760-6308. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE HOTEL TO CANCEL. This will ensure that the room will be returned to the ElectriCities Group Block and not released to the general public.

OTHER TRAVEL RESERVATIONS

ElectriCities is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines, etc.
