Sponsor Registration Process

Early bird discount – receive $250 off your sponsorship registration fee if you sign up by June 1st.

  1. Register Company as Conference Sponsor: Sign up Today as a  Conference Sponsor using the online Sponsor Company Registration Form. Select your Sponsorship Level and choose your Event and Non-Event Sponsorships. After you submit your sponsor registration, you will receive a confirmation email that will provide you with your sponsor specific codes that will be needed to register your attendees at the discounted sponsor rates.

    Sponsorship payment is due in full one week prior to the event.


  2. Register Conference Attendees: All attendees must register prior to the conference using the online Attendee Registration Form. Use the sponsor specific codes provided in your confirmation email to register either as a free attendee (depending on your sponsorship level) or as a sponsor attendee with discounted registration. Spouses and children as also welcome to attend as guests at the reduced rate of $190. This rate includes all meals and receptions (Monday: evening reception; Tuesday: breakfast and lunch; Wednesday: breakfast and evening dinner event). Children under 18 and Students are free. You will be billed separately during the registration process for any fees incurred over what is included in your Sponsorship.


  3. Reserve Hotel Rooms: All participants need to make their own hotel reservation at the Omni Grove Park Inn. We are holding a block of rooms at the rate of $209.00 per night (plus taxes and $10 resort fee). This rate is available for the nights of August 19 through August 22 and must be booked no later than July 19, 2018 to receive the group rate. Overnight parking charges are $15 per day for outside self-parking or garage parking, and $22 per day for valet parking. Reservations may be made by calling (800) 438-5800 or by clicking the link on the Annual Conference website or by visiting www.omnihotels.com/bookyourstay using Group Code: 081918ELECTRICI. One night's deposit at time of booking is required to confirm all reservations. 

    Should you need to cancel a reservation prior to July 18, 2018, please call the Omni Grove Park Inn directly; after July 19, 2018, please call Kim Hedbawny at ElectriCities at (919) 760-6308. Reservations not cancelled by 12:00 pm seven (7) days prior to arrival will be subject to one night room and tax cancellation fee.

    We encourage you to make your arrangements as early as possible in order to obtain a room at the group rate.


  4. Marketing Opportunities in Conference Publications: After registration a follow up Email will be sent with directions on how to submit your companies logo and marketing information. Sponsorship information must be received on or by June 18th to ensures your company's information is in the Sponsor Program and signage at the conference.       • Color logo in EPS or a High quality-300 DPI; TIFF, PNG or JPEG format.
      • Black & White logo in the above format.
      • A long company description to be included in the conference app.
      • A short company description to be included in the sponsor program (75 words or less).
      • Website and social media links.
