Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Connections Summit registration through the conference portal. There is a cancellation fee of $50. There’s no fee to transfer your registration to another person from your organization. Should you have extenuating circumstances, please contact Kristin Tart.
Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each individual attendee. To cancel your reservation before Jan. 13, 2026, please contact Embassy Suites Raleigh-Durham/Research Triangle directly. After Jan. 13, please contact Kristin Tart. We may wish to return your cancelled room to the conference room block. ElectriCities is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines, etc. If ElectriCities or the hotel cancels the conference, all registration and sponsorship fees will be 100% refunded.
