As a resident of the City of Kinston, I recently participated in the free Virtual Audit which was conducted by Brian McGinn. A little hesitant about the idea of having a virtual audit completed myself, I encourage residents of Eastern North Carolina to participate. If you are interested in learning details about your energy consumption, there are several benefits to this one-time experience. The virtual audit provides residents whether as the tenant and/or property owners with valuable information about energy consumption, identify key areas which tenants/property owners could use to improve energy efficiency. For anyone interested, I suggest you give it a try, you’ll be pleased with the results therein.
