The nonprofit Smart Energy Consumer Collaborative (SECC) is a trusted source of information about smart energy. The group spearheads research in consumers’ views of grid modernization, energy delivery and usage, and emerging technologies. As members of SECC, ElectriCities’ North Carolina members can benefit from valuable resources including nationwide research and best practices.
