Attendee Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Annual Conference registration by emailing
events@electricities.org. After Friday, July 10, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. There is no fee to transfer your registration to another person from your organization. The last day to request a registration transfer is Friday, Aug. 7.
Hotel Cancellation: Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each individual attendee. To cancel your reservation before July 17, 2026, please contact the Omni Homestead Resort directly. After July 17, please email
events@electricities.org. ElectriCities is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines, etc. If ElectriCities or the hotel cancels the conference, all registration and sponsorship fees will be 100% refunded.
