We're excited to have the Omni Homestead Resort host the Annual Conference this year. Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservation. Book your room by July 17 to receive the group rate. Make your reservation using the link below or by calling 1-800-838-1766 and asking for the ElectriCities group rate.

Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your Annual Conference registration by emailing events@electricities.org. After Friday, July 10, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. There is no fee to transfer your registration to another person from your organization. The last day to request a registration transfer is Friday, Aug. 7.

Hotel Cancellation: Hotel reservations are the responsibility of each individual attendee. To cancel your reservation before July 17, 2026, please contact the Omni Homestead Resort directly. After July 17, please email events@electricities.org. ElectriCities is not responsible for any charges or cancellation fees assessed by airlines, etc. If ElectriCities or the hotel cancels the conference, all registration and sponsorship fees will be 100% refunded.
