Sonesta Resort - Hilton Head Island, S.C.
Located at the south end of Hilton Head Island, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the Sonesta Resort offers a great place to balance work and leisure. The hotel offers many amenities so you may choose to stay on property. However, if you decide to wander out, Hilton Head Island has been voted one of the top 10 family beaches in the U.S., has many top-flight golf courses, the famous Harbour Town, and an abundance of shopping and restaurants.
Travel Logistics
All participants need to make their own hotel reservation at the Sonesta Resort. We are holding a block of rooms at the rate of $209 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes and fees, plus a $3 Daily Destination Fee). The Resort Facilities Fee is $15.00 per room, per day, including tax. This rate is available for the nights of August 15 through August 18, 2021 and must be booked no later than Friday, July 16, 2021, at 5pm to receive the group rate.

Cancellation of Hotel: Hotel reservation cancellations are the responsibility of each individual attendee. Cancellations should be made directly with Sonesta Resort prior to July 16, 2021. After July 16, 2021, kindly contact Kim Hedbawny at (919) 760-6308 or khedbawn@electricities.org, as we may wish to return your cancelled room to the conference Room Block. Hotel policy permits Attendees to cancel or modify existing reservations up until 72 hours prior to arrival.
