ElectriCities Portal Login Instructions

Looking for assistance logging in to the ElectriCities Portal? Follow these steps:

 If you have an existing account:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Select “I forgot my password” on the right side of the page.
  3. Enter your email address and select “FIND MY ACCOUNT.”
  4. Once your account is found, select “OK.” The system will email you a link to reset your password.
  5. Follow the link in that email and reset your password.

Important: If you’re not sure whether you have an account, please check using the steps above before you create a new one.

If you do not have an existing account, let’s set one up:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Select the “NO LOGIN? CREATE AN ACCOUNT!” button on the left. That takes you to a page where you can create an account.
  3. ElectriCities members: You must be approved before your new account is affiliated with your city or town. The approval process can take up to two business days after you select your member organization in the “Existing ElectriCities Members” field. Until you’re approved, you will have access to non-member pricing and portal permissions.
